Veg Dimsum Recipe (Steamed) Ingredients (for 12–15 dimsum): For the Dough / Wrappers: 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida) ½ cup water (adjust as needed) Pinch of salt For the Filling: 1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (carrot, cabbage, capsicum, beans) 2–3 spring onions, chopped 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp soy sauce ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp cornflour Salt to taste 1 tsp oil Instructions: Step 1: Prepare the Dough (if making wrappers at home) Mix flour, salt, and water to form a smooth, soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20–30 mins. Step 2: Prepare the Filling Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger-garlic paste for 30 seconds.
